Hi, I am Jeremiah Bogard, an aspiring Network Engineer with a strong foundation in IT support, networking, and cloud technologies. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Western Governors University, and I hold certifications including CompTIA ITF+, ITIL 4 Foundation, and CourseCareers IT Professional.

I have a passion for networking—whether it is setting up Active Directory environments, deploying ticketing systems like osTicket on Azure Virtual Machines, or analyzing network traffic with Wireshark. Professionally, I work as a Field Technician at Comcast, installing and troubleshooting internet and TV services and directly providing exceptional customer support. This role has strengthened my skills in network infrastructure, fiber-optics, coaxial systems and customer-focused troubleshooting, all of which align with my long-term goal of becoming a Network Engineer.

I am constantly learning and sharpening my technical skills in areas like cloud networking (Azure), firewalls, ACLs, virtual machines, and network security. I am excited to bring this knowledge to a dynamic team where I can contribute to building and maintaining robust network systems.
